Course Description

"A picture is worth a thousand words" is an expression that highlights the power of pictures in communication and influence. This course aims to empower participants to capture unique and inspiring pictures to express themselves uniquely. It covers camera control and settings in ways that enable participants to add their creative touch. Additionally, it opens new horizons for recording their personal vision and incorporating it into their photos. Whether the trainee is a professional or an amateur in the field of photography, they can achieve a significant impact with their photos and perhaps change the world with them one day.

Course Objective

By the end of this course, participants will:
• Identify basics of camera and control the factors that affect the image.
• Apply photography techniques to capture high-quality images.
• Use image editing software effectively.

Course Outline

• Basic components of the image:
- Fundamentals of camera components.
- Introduction to the exposure triangle and creative possibilities.
- Control light using filters.
- Add creative effects to the image.

• Photography techniques:
- Manual camera settings.
- Introduction to studio lighting.
- Camera flash techniques and their uses at synchronized speeds.

• Image editing:
- Introduction to Adobe Lightroom and its uses in image processing.
- Technique of bracketing and its reasons for use.
- Importing raw image files into Lightroom to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Importing images into Photoshop from Lightroom for necessary adjustments.
