Course Description

There is a single currency that always plays the central and pivotal role in shaping the value of business: human capital: people’s knowledge, skills and experiences. "Thus," human capital is the most important resource in the world and the resource is inexhaustible and never stops giving, according to Lowell Milken.
Access to effective human capital is not easy or mere, but needs a real effort to explore, if discovered the journey of its investment starts, through its improvement and development, safeguarding and activate the benefit to achieve the desired vision and dreams:

Strategic dealing with human capital is critical to all business in all sectors: public, private and third sector. It is much broader, higher level of regulations, employment mechanisms, job descriptions, wage and salary regulations, but extends to wider areas and higher horizons.

Course Objective

This course aims to raise awareness of the four pillars of strategies dealing with human capital, and give interested people the concepts and tools needed to effectively deal with it. Detailed objectives of the course:
