Bio

Certified trainer in the fields of international development, project management, institutional transformation, and capacity building, Bashar has accumulated 25 years of experience through his work with numerous international organizations, including the World Bank, the United Nations, and various donor agencies. His contributions have been pivotal in aiding countries and institutions in achieving their goals of progress and development. Currently, he is engaged in capacity building in areas such as project management, strategic planning, and management skills. Additionally, he provides advisory services to a diverse range of entities, including the United Nations, governments, international donor organizations, financial service institutions, as well as manufacturing and infrastructure institutions. Bashar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

1. International development and program management expert since 2021, specializing in the fields of evaluation, institutional transformation, capacity building, and training in the Gulf and Arab Mashreq countries. 2. Expert in the USAID Institutional Capacity Building Project for several Jordanian consulting firms since 2021. 3. Director of Programs at the United Nations for the Middle East, where he worked in Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan from 2009 to 2021. 4. International expert in the establishment and operation of development funds at the United Nations in New York. 5. Team Manager for the USAID Water Sector Institutionalization Project in Jordan from 2007 to 2009. 6. SME Training Program Officer at the World Bank, covering Jordan and Iraq, from 2005 to 2007. 7. Project management and capacity building expert for the Education Support Program and Water Efficiency Project in Jordan from 2002 to 2005.
