AJMI winds up a training course for Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Human Rights

Media for Development initiative of the Al Jazeera Media Institute finished last week “Media Skills” training course for a group of jurists from Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Human Rights at Institute's headquarters in Doha.
In this context, media expert Mohammed Krishan said that this course is focusing on improving media appearance and how a trainee's performance is proficient in front of the camera, and how he can be professional and confident, not only in terms of content but also in terms of firm, clear and positive body language, this only comes through clear methodology and certain efforts that include good preparation for interview, what you are you going to say and how you deliver your message.
For their part, course participants praised techniques they learned and practical knowledge they received, as per words of trainee Mohammed Ali Al-Mughbat who said, "This course helped us and taught us how to deliver the message that we want to deliver and moreover how to be ready to deal with complex and difficult questions”.It is noteworthy that the course included three discussion sessions on media coverage for war in Gaza and the clear bias of Western media towards Israeli side, where some colleagues from Al Jazeera Media Network participated in this session, namely Rawaa Auger, Mansour, and Adrian Finighan.
