His Excellency Dr. Hamza Al-Mustafa, Minister of Information of the Syrian Arab Republic visited Aljazeera Media Institute on Tuesday, where he was received by the administration of the Institute and a number of officials.

During his tour, the minister was briefed on training facilities of the Institute including specialized radio and television studios and training halls.

He was also briefed on media courses offered by the Institute in different fields of journalism and media, in addition to development programs dedicated to journalists in various Arab countries.

During the visit, his excellency the Minister expressed his admiration and satisfaction with the positive atmosphere he felt at the Institute, and hailed the ideas and initiatives of the Institute, especially in the field of journalistic training and development of professional media practices.

This visit comes in the context of strengthening Arab media relations and exchanging experience the fields of media training and development.
