- Set up a professional studio (ideal location, soundproofing, microphone types, and recording software).
• Sub-editing, voice focus, and delivery:
- Introduction to sub-editing.
- Editorial standards, ethics, and copyright rights.
- Breathing techniques for relaxation, focus, and control.
- Tone, vocal identity, and clarity.
- Delivery skills and improving articulation.
- Audio editing and mixing rules, including content, music, and sound effects.
• Planning and preparation:
- Identify the idea and angle of treatment.
- Content research.
- Criteria for selecting the right guest: background, expertise, style, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Structure the dramatic flow of questions and align topics cohesively.
- Communicate with program guests and make adjustments if needed.
