Course Description
Many of us experience stress and pressures in life, whether it's short-term stress from one-time projects or long-term stress from a job that constantly causes pressure. This is not only annoying but can seriously affect our health and work. However, it is possible to manage these pressures if you use the right tools and techniques.
In this course, we will take a look at the impact of stress on the organization and individuals. This course aims to train individuals on controlling the causes of stress to avoid them, absorb them, and at least minimize their effects as much as possible.
