Course Description

In today’s media landscape, producing successful TV and digital programs requires more than creativity—it demands strategic thinking, audience awareness, and a clear understanding of institutional goals. This course provides participants with the tools to design, develop, and produce impactful programs for television and digital platforms. In this course, trainees will learn how to create programs that align with their organization’s mission while meeting the expectations of diverse audiences across various platforms.

• Create engaging TV and digital content tailored to audience needs.
• Write and produce episodes using story-driven formats to increase viewer engagement.

- Steps for creating a program planning card.
- Budgeting for programs and executing production according to the plan.

• Technical and structural preparation for programs:
- Identify the appropriate format for TV and digital programs.
- Employ storytelling techniques in programs.
- Select production teams and identify the required technical and editorial skills.
- Guidelines for engaging with program guests, actors, and filming locations.
- Contribute to the program’s directorial vision.

• Production and the producer's role in media processes:
- Prepare materials and resources needed for production.
- The producer’s and presenter’s roles during filming and broadcasting.
- Draft the weekly program schedule.
- Post-production stages.
- Adapt content for TV and digital platforms.

• Publishing:
- Broadcast and publish guidelines for TV and various digital platforms.
