Course Description

“The art of etiquette is no more a luxury but a civilizational necessity”
Childhood years are the most important stage in your child’s life, during which the child develops the basic independence and confidence through the behaviors he/she learns. It is crucial for the child's physical, emotional and social development, as during this critical period in his/her life will determine what kind of adult person he’ll grow up to be.
Do you want your child to learn the rules of etiquette and behave decently in the society, with his family, friends and even at school and in the public areas? Do you want your child to become a high-minded and self-confident person and your daughter a classy, accomplished and polite lady? For this reason, etiquette rules, which shape the personality of your child in a classy and right way, shall be observed. This course will describe the art of etiquette for children through exciting and amusing exercises as per the Islamic values.

Course Objective

At the end of this session, course participants should be able to:
- Gain self-confidence
- Be familiarized with some moral principals and values
- Acquire the ability to communicante with others effectively, talk and converse with tactful approach, preserve relationships, build credibility, and demonstrate thoughtfulness.
- Gain the basics of good behaviour at home and outside and in all situations
- Have the ability to socially communicate with others

- The relationship between etiquette and Islamic traditions
• Table and social events general etiquette
- Proper table manner, restaurant etiquette, formal table setting, the rules of etiquette used while eating
- How to treat parents, brothers, sisters and friends
- How to treat guests and seniors
- Courtesy and apology
- How to behave in public places and shopping malls
- Playing and privacy
- The telephone

• The body language and its uses
- Walking jauntily
- Sitting etiquette
- Introducing the body language

• Etiquette and mechanisms of listening, talking and introducing oneself
- Decency in talking and using refined and polite expressions
- Introducing oneself
