58 Young trainees complete six courses during last December

Al Jazeera Media Institute concluded at its headquarters six specialized training courses for youth during December. These courses were held by the Institute for 58 male and female trainees, as part of an interactive educational experience with the aim of providing participants with a practical space to test and develop their media skills, taking into account specific needs of this age group and enhancing experiential/practical learning during the last winter vacation.

Workshops covered a wide range of titles, including 'Young Speaker' course delivered by Rita Khan for14 trainees; 'Voice Concentration' course supervised by expert Amina Omar for 4 trainees; and 'Negotiation Skills for Youth' course conducted by Qatari trainer Ahmed Al‑Malki for 10 trainees.

'Future Presenter' course was also held under the supervision of presenter Mohammed Mazimz, with participation of 15 trainees, in addition to 'Podcast' course supervised by expert Amina Omar with 6 trainees, as well as 'Story Writing for Youth' course delivered by trainer Raghda Jamal with participation of 9 trainees.

These workshops aimed to empower youth to develop their expression and media communication skills, build self‑confidence through practice and experimentation, and enhance early awareness of media tools and content creation, in line with the Institute’s vision of investing in young talents and preparing a generation capable of conscious engagement with contemporary media environment.
