In line with its vision to develop leaders in order to keep pace with rapid technological transformations, Al Jazeera Media Institute is going to launch an advanced course on "Leadership in the era of Artificial Intelligence and Automation" from September 28th to September 29th., in English language.
The course targets leaders distinguished by their experience and strategic vision, namely those possess significant experience in leadership roles and a basic understanding of organization strategic goals. It aims to enhance their skills to utilize artificial intelligence developments and modern technologies in leading organizations and teams.
Based on the theme of the course, topics will address the role of modern technologies and automation in work environment, how to employ artificial intelligence to enhance administrative decisions efficiency in order to achieve organizational goals, with certain focus on strategies of team leadership in era of digital transformations.
The course also focuses on empowering leaders to keep pace with fast technological developments and how to use them effectively in the media industry. This course reflects the ongoing efforts of the Institute to develop leadership competencies and help leaders anticipate challenges and potential opportunities of 21st century.
At the end of the course, participants will be awarded certificates approved by Al Jazeera Media Institute, acknowledging completion of the training program.
