Aljazeera Media Institute is going to launch a new training course under the title "Screen Design" from 17 to 21 November.

It’s considered to be the first of its kind offered by the Institute, with the aim of bridging the gap in the field of digital interface design and visual interaction, reflecting the Institute's commitment to keep pace with digital developments and meeting changing market needs.

The course is designed for individuals who have basic computer experience and, at least, holding a university degree or high school diploma. Participants in the Screen Design course will learn about principles and techniques of designing attractive and easy-to-use digital interfaces, focused on improving the user experience.

Course outlines cover: identifying design basic aesthetic laws, analyzing user needs, and designing interactive interfaces adaptable to different screen sizes and devices. In addition, trainees will learn how to use programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator for designing logos and icons, Adobe XD for designing interactive interfaces and how to experiment them until the final stage of exporting design to work team members and developers.
