AL Jazeera Media Institute – Doha

Al Jazeera Media Institute is organizing in collaboration with Global Investigative Journalism Network and European Journalism Center, organizing a forum about the digital media titled “Journalism and Crossing to the Future”. The Forum will be held in Istanbul on October 27, 2018, and will be attended by journalists and experts from Al Jazeera Media Network and other media organizations and institutions.

The forum will offer workshops and will present and discuss many topics revolving around the new direction of journalism such as data journalism, virtual reality technologies, video story on digital platforms, new gadgets for investigative journalism and many other topics that would enable the journalists to be well-equipped for the future of journalism. Al Jazeera Media Institute is planning to hold this forum regularly with every edition to be in different country.
