AJMI Organizes Protocol and Diplomatic Etiquette Course for Ministry of Transport

Al Jazeera Media Institute is organizing a specialized training course in the field of etiquette and diplomatic protocol for Qatari Ministry of Transportation, during the period from June 30 to July 3, 2024.

Trainees of this course are supervised by expert Rima Arab where she will focus on international protocol and diplomatic skills required for professional communication with others and specifically with VIPs covering all important details.

The course also covers various topics such as principles of international protocol, difference between international protocol and state, difference between protocol and etiquette, professional and effective communication with different cultures, building relationships based on respect, trust and fruitful cooperation while presesrving identity.

According to the program, participants are expected to be able to define the concept and principles of protocol and diplomatic etiquette, apply speech skills and methods of communication with VIPs, master communication skills through body language and appearance in addition to applying seating protocol, different table etiquette and work lunch etiquette.

This course is of interest to everyone seeking to learn how to add value to his organization through professional performance, showing respect for others and using the tools of diplomatic protocol and etiquette.

It worth mentioning that, cooperation between Al Jazeera Institute and Ministry of Transport started as early as 2019 and since then more than five specialized training courses had been organized for this Ministry.
