Al Jazeera Media Institute renewed its training partnership with the Thomson Foundation, which is one of its most prominent partners in the field of training and development.

Over the past twenty years, this strategic partnership has paid off many successful training programs and great media initiatives that have contributed to development of media competencies at both Arab and international levels. In this regard. Where the last initiative unfolded in training journalists on use of artificial intelligence tools in journalism in a series of three specialized courses.

By renewing this partnership, the two parties seek to enhance joint cooperation in providing innovative training programs that keep pace with the rapid developments in the field of media industry, meet needs of media professionals at the local and regional levels, develop their skills in line with international standards and reinforce commitment of Al Jazeera Media Institute to provide up to date training and media services to its trainees and to express its determination to empower media employees with the most necessary tools needed in digital age.
