Significant increase in numbers of Al Jazeera Media Network employees who joined training programs during the first half of 2025

Al Jazeera Media Institute has achieved a significant growth in internal training programs for Al Jazeera Media Network employees during the first half of 2025, as the number of trained employees increased to 562 trainees compared to 491 trainees in the same period last year.
These courses were designed to cover a wide range of disciplines vital to contemporary media work to benefit Network employees in fields of journalistic editing, television presentation, photography and production. These training programs focused on honing employees’ editorial, technical and managerial skills., They also cover specializations such as writing for websites, elocution skills, mobile journalism, drone photography, in addition to other courses that focused on general skills such as work protocols (etiquette), effective sales strategies, arts of negotiation and workshops on mobile phone film production.
And in a strategic step to keep pace with rapid technological developments in media industry, the Institute provided to the Network employees’ a series of new courses and workshops, specifically for journalists of " Al Jazeera Net", " Al Jazeera Documentary Channel" team, in addition to Quality Control Sector and the Center for Public Freedoms and Human Rights at Al Jazeera Media network.
Moreover, advanced programs were also held, including a course on "Leading the Future via Artificial Intelligence" for Creative Sector, and an in-depth course on "Advanced Sales Skills" for the Al Jazeera Media Institute team in order to enhance their abilities to market Institute’s training and consulting services.
