He is interested in human capital performance development and designing solutions in social innovation in the sectors of youth, educational and media. He also works in capacity building by designing learning experiences in order to produce the required impact. He has many researches and publications in the field of leadership, strategies and innovation. Founder of SABR Consulting for analytics, strategies and innovation, co-founder of Horizons Learning for training and education solutions since 2008.

• Executive consultant in the field of leadership and strategic planning for many medium and small sized companies • Expert in strategic planning and implementation methodologies (Fiverr - Performance cards - Strategic implementation - German methodology for industries) • Trainer in strategic planning specialized in toolkit since 2011, he provided more than 15 workshops in many countries during 2012-2017 • Scientific partnership in the preparation of the integrated program for leadership development which was implemented in several leadership training development academies in the Arab world. • Certified trainer in the innovation design and expert in designing initiatives, projects and services. • An international license and participant in the preparation and evaluation of dozens of personal standards, global leadership and indicators of human-resources building according to the personality’ requirements and the Arab environment.
