Vinod Sadanandan is a professional with over 19 years of expertise in broadcast and digital newsroom workflow design and training delivery. Since joining Al Jazeera Media Network in 2014, he has been integral in developing newsroom workflow training programs for Al Jazeera's English, Arabic, and Mubashir channels, effectively designing solutions for complex production environments. Vinod has trained over 3000 journalists and operational staff, providing hands-on on-air support for more than 5000 hours across Doha and Istanbul. Collaborating with Avid Technology, he has delivered specialized training on Avid Media platforms, with a focus on adopting and implementing innovative video editing and news production techniques.
