Bio

Imad Bahjat is a pioneer of television directing in the Arab world, beginning his career in 1972. He has directed drama series, political and religious programs, talk and educational shows, as well as musical productions for leading Iraqi and Arab artists. His documentary films have been broadcast on international channels such as CNN, and he has won numerous awards at Arab festivals, serving also on Gulf judging panels. He has contributed to training and developing Arab media professionals and was honored by the Arab League for his artistic contributions.
