Bio

Nicole Smart is an international corporate trainer and executive coach, specializing in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Management, and Organisational Development. She is a certified Executive Coach, NLP practitioner, and TEDx Muscat speaker. Since 2014, Nicole has delivered global online and in-person training, including for UNITAR (United Nations), Al Jazeera Media Institute, and Consulting Evolution Mining in Africa. She founded Nicole Smart International (PTY) Ltd, offering coaching, consulting, and public speaking worldwide. Her career spans over two decades, beginning with youth training in South Africa and the USA, progressing through corporate and management training in Portugal, Dubai, and Oman.
