As of early 2017, he has been a certified trainer and consultant specializing in management, leadership, and institutional work. He obtained a certified business license from the International Business Organization (USA) in 2010, focusing on project management, business behavior, sales, customer service, and business communications. With 17 years of practical experience in management and institutional work, he currently collaborates with both for-profit and non-profit organizations, including governmental and private entities, serving as a trainer and management consultant. Throughout his career, he has conducted numerous programs, workshops, and lectures covering various topics such as management and leadership, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and institutional work.

Experience

1. With over 25 years of experience in administrative and institutional roles, he has held various positions in the private sector for 17 years of his career. Key positions include: - Assistant Administrative Manager from 1998 to 2000 (Syria). - Assistant Executive Director from 2000 to 2002 (Qatar). - Executive Director for 13 years, spanning from 2003 to 2016 (Qatar). - Since 2017, he has served as a trainer and management consultant (Qatar). 2. In addition to his professional endeavors, he has actively engaged in training and consulting for several community-based non-profit organizations, including the training of volunteers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar™. 3. He has conducted numerous lectures on various topics such as management, leadership, strategic planning, change management, culture, and entrepreneurship, alongside his commitment to full-time volunteering. 4. Since 2017, he has been extensively involved in training employees of ministries and government agencies in Qatar, continuing to do so to date.
