Bio

Rima Arab is the founder and CEO of ETS Training and Consulting. She holds a master’s degree in Protocol and Diplomatic Skills from the Spanish university Camilo José Cela University. She has extensive experience in Western business culture as well as Middle Eastern business culture. She is an international trainer and certified consultant in business etiquette and international protocol, accredited by Europrotocol School. She is also part of the team of training experts at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). She has delivered training programs in Qatar, Oman, Myanmar, and Switzerland, in addition to specialized courses for the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh and Kuwait, as well as for the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
