Bio

Ms. Rima Arab is the founder and CEO of ETS for Training and Consulting and holds a master's degree in Protocol and Diplomatic Skills from the Spanish University of Universidad Camilo José Cela. Ms. Rima is experienced in Western business culture and Middle Eastern business culture. She is an international trainer and certified consultant in the field of business etiquette and international protocol. She has obtained accreditation from the Europrotocol School, in addition to being among the team of training experts at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Ms. Rima has presented many training courses in Qatar, Oman, Myanmar and Switzerland, in addition to special courses for the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh, Kuwait and the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh.

Experience

Ms. Rima worked in governmental and non-governmental organizations and provided many special courses for CEOs and for institutions and companies. Ms. Rima, from the UNITAR team, presented a workshop for the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, which was held in the capital, Ny Bui Da, in preparation for the ASEAN Summit in 2014, and provided a training for the participants of the Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland.
