Bio
Yousra boasts over 15 years of journalistic experience, commencing her career in print journalism, where she produced reports in Morocco. In 2014, she joined Al Jazeera, initially serving as an interactive producer at Al Jazeera Mubasher, covering live events. Later, she transitioned to the digital sector, collaborating with her colleagues to establish "Al Jazeera Snapchat". Subsequently, she worked as a producer in the investigative journalism department before moving to the digital newsroom to pioneer "Ijaz", the first digital newscast in the Arab world. Additionally, she served as a senior producer and managed Instagram content for three years. Presently, she serves as a program officer at the "Al Jazeera Atheer" platform, preparing and reporting from various countries. Her accomplishments include winning the Gold and Silver Awards at the US Tele Awards.
