A best-selling author of six books, she is a certified coach specializing in public speaking, communications, leadership, innovation, and Training the Trainer. Holding a master’s degree in adult education, she has extensive senior executive experience leading large-scale learning programs, strategic planning, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Shona is recognized for her expertise in change leadership and management, successfully guiding organizations through mergers and acquisitions. As a skilled communicator and influencer, she has designed and delivered leadership and training programs across Qatar, UAE, Canada, USA, Mexico, the Middle East, Asia, Russia, India, and the UK.
