Bio

Rania El-Jammal is a Lebanese journalist and television producer who began her career at Al Jazeera Media Network six years ago. She currently holds a temporary position as an executive producer for the Creative Production Team and has garnered numerous international awards from prestigious institutions. She holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Media from the College of Business Administration in the Netherlands. Previously, she worked as a senior producer and TV presenter at Al Jazeera Children's Channel, where her science show, co-produced with Japanese television, won 11 international awards, including Best Documentary at the New York Film Festivals. Dr. Rania is presently serving as an acting executive producer for Creative Production at Al Jazeera Media Network.
