An experienced leader with over two decades of experience in organizational transformation and strategic leadership. He served as the Manager of Group Strategy and Development at Al Jazeera Media Network, leading initiatives to transition the organization from a product-focused network to a collaborative institution that fosters internal alignment and encourages quantitative output. Throughout his professional life, Ahmed demonstrated expertise in formulating high-impact strategies and executing them. He also conducted comprehensive training courses on strategic planning methodologies, with a focus on collaborative learning and practical application. Ahmed's training approach not only focuses on participants' understanding of strategic planning principles but also extends to equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively implement them in their respective fields of work.

Experience

1- He served as the Manager of Strategy and Development for a prominent media network since August 2016, where he pioneered the establishment of a strategic body reporting directly to the CEO, leading the organization towards coherence and increased internal alignment. 2- Ahmed held the position of Senior Manager at Ernst & Young - Middle East and North Africa from September 2006 to August 2016, where he led strategic projects across various industries, including construction, trade, investment banking, and real estate. 3- Ahmed's experience also includes his role as a senior applications consultant and project leadership applications consultant for significant projects, such as Oracle applications for government entities, telecommunications, retail, cement, and automotive industries.
