Course Description

In the era of network control and digital communication, reputation of organizations has become in the hands of their customers on social networks. Reputation management in this time brings in new challenges and rapid developments. Social media crisis is passing through a rapid rush and constant amplification, which makes it distinct from traditional crises. Crisis management on social media requires delivering timely and impactful responses in real time. Moreover, public sector organizations and businesses use social media as channels to communicate with public and building interactive bridges.
