Course Description

This 10-day course covers a comprehensive range of topics, providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to design, deliver, and manage effective training programs and ToT delivery. Each day includes a mix of theoretical concepts, practical skills development, and opportunities for application and reflection. In this course, the focus on practice and practical aspects will be increased and the participants will be able to train the trainers on their own after this course.
