Course Description

The ability to understand emotions, regulate reactions, read others, and manage pressure has become one of the most essential professional skills for leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Course Objective

- Strategies for self-regulation and emotional control.
- Manage professional stress and pressure.
- Deal with conflicts and resolving disputes.

• Interpersonal relationships and empathy:
- The concept of empathy and its role in emotional intelligence.
- Develop active listening and mindful communication skills.
- Build positive and sustainable professional relationships.
- Emotional intelligence in teamwork and leadership in the workplace.

• Practical tools and models for enhancing emotional intelligence:
- The Johari Window model, for understanding self-awareness and the relationship between what individuals know about themselves and what others know about them.
- Karpman’s Drama Triangle, illustrating recurring negative behavioral patterns in conflicts.
- The Thomas–Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, identifying five primary approaches to handling conflict.
