Course Description

Could we imagine a corporation without internal communication at all management levels? No doubt that the power, the success, the harmony and smoothness of workflow, the efficiency and the productivity of any organization depend basically on its corporate communication skills. However, this requires that the institution staff members be equipped with good corporate communication skills built on correct scientific bases.
This training course aims at providing many skills and techniques that will bolster the capabilities of the public relations professionals in this field.

Course Objective

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:
- Put a strategy and a comprehensive plan for the corporate communication and put that into practice.
- Develop new communication means and models for the corporation.

- Designing a new communication plan.

• Execution of the plan and procedures:
- Mixing up the external communication resources.
- Realizing the communication procedures.
