- Identifying the customers’ needs.
- Data collection, research & investigation and preliminary analysis.
- Determine the expected returns of the consultation.
- Developing the consulting work methodology and its advantages.
- Initial presentation and scope of work agreement.
- Communicating with Key Stakeholders.
• Preparing the technical and financial presentation:
- The essential step in preparing proposals.
- Basic contents of the presentation.
- Select the working group of experts and assistants..
- Determine the executive program of the consultation and its schedule.
- Determining the consultation cost (according to different pricing methods and methodologies).
• The Consultant’s key roles:
- Dealing with data, information, and its policies.
- Communicating and meetings with the customers at different management levels.
- Tools of strategic analysis of projects and units (PESTL analysis, Porter forces, TOWS matrix, etc.).
- Ways and means to conduct multi-level diagnosis of the institutions and prospect projects (7S, GE Matrix, Growth and Share Matrix, Ansoff Matrix, etc.).
