• Age group between 15 and 17 years old.
• Trainee should be able to speak.
• To be a participant in the Qatar Debates.
• Has the ability to face the public.

Course Description

In this course, the trainee will be able to learn the most important basics that distinguished people need in the negotiation process that help them succeed. It will also cover the methods, techniques, and qualities that make them successful in any field they engage in.

Course Objective

By the end of this course, participants will:
• Identify the fundamental concepts in negotiation skills.
• Execute negotiation stages successfully.
• Apply dialogue management techniques effectively.

• Introduction to negotiation skills:
- Personal characteristics of the negotiator.
- Most important things that a negotiator needs.
- Voice skills, body language, and improving language during performance.
- Select negotiation topics.

• Stages of successful negotiation:
- Information and communication skills.
- Understand the other team and their strengths.
- Beginning of the negotiation process.
- Listen, respect, and persuade stage.
- Dealing with difficulties stage.
- Respond to questions and recommendations stage.

• Managing the negotiation process:
- Pre-negotiation, during negotiation, and post-negotiation stages.
- Techniques for managing negotiation sessions and powerful dialogue.
