Course Description
Digital enterprise strategies, or digital transformation, are no longer an option for countries, institutions and individuals. Rather, in the last decade, they have become a primary goal, and if we know that the world’s spending on digital transformation has reached about 2 trillion USD by the current year 2022, according to a report issued by the International Data Corporation (IDC), we will realize the importance of developing strategies, their governance, ensuring their applicability, and qualifying or attracting human cadres to ensure the sustainability of work in this type of strategy and transform them into realistic action plans so that they do not remain just studies.
In this course, participants will be able to understand the importance of digital projects, the foundations of their general strategies, the foundations of measurement and the qualification of human cadres to implement them.
Course Objective
At the end of this course, participants should:
• Enable participants to learn about the mechanisms for preparing digital strategies, whether for projects or institutions.
• Enable participants to identify ways to prepare plans based on the strategic objectives of their institutions, and to put these objectives into short, medium and long-term plans.
• Be able to know the necessary foundations for implementing the plans administratively and financially, and how to prepare studies of the public affected by the plans.

• Why do individuals and organizations need to realize the importance of digital strategies?
• Examples of local, regional and international institutions investing in digital strategies.
• How to prepare strategies for institutions and digital projects, and what are the basic conditions for the success of any digital strategy.
• How to prepare viable and measurable strategies and implement the organization's larger strategic goals, or any other strategic goals.
• Who are the strategy team, how to choose it or qualify the existing team, how to prepare budgets and any necessary conditions for that.
• Measurement tools for implementing the strategy and the timelines needed for that.
• Practical exercises and preparation of samples from the participants.
