Al Jazeera Media Institute concluded an intensive training course on "Mobile Journalism" within the activities of the Al Jazeera Balkan International Documentary Film Festival held in Sarajevo, the capital. The course was held for three days at the National Cultural Center Theatre, and was supervised and trained by instructor Faris Bajric.

The course was held for twenty trainees interested in documentary filmmaking using smartphones as the main tool for media content production.

The course was characterized by an interactive and enthusiastic atmosphere, where the trainees mastered advanced skills in photography and editing using smartphones that enable them to produce professional content with simple budgets.

Course participants praised the rich training content and accumulated experience of Coach Bajric, who provided practical insights and valuable advice on how to overcome challenges that freelancers may face in the field.

Coach Faris Bajric said that technology is evolving daily, and extensive use of smartphones to record and produce documentaries exists everywhere, even in Hollywood.
