AJMI launches a new educational series
Al Jazeera Media Institute, Doha
Al-Jazeera Media Institute has launched a new educational series entitled " Anchor/ Reporters Appearance", which focuses on the overall appearance, presence and attire of presenters (anchors and reporters). These tutorials are based on the standards adopted by Al Jazeera Media Network are meant to enrich presenters and raise the awareness of Arab viewers/audience with valuable information on how presenter should look.
It is a series of about 20 episodes, presented by Al Jazeera Arabic TV Channel anchor Rawaa Augé. The episodes are intended to focus on the various aspects related to the presenter’s appearance, including clothes / cloth sizes, fabrics and colors, makeup, hair and shoes. In addition, the series will offer valuable information, which will help the audience to identify the appropriate appearance in terms of presence and attire on TV, and reconsider many misconceptions on this matter.
The Institute has already launched earlier two series entitled “The Secrets of Language” and “Media knowledge” by the linguistic and media expert Arif Hijjawi. Both series obtained great praise, great follow up and positive feedback on social media platforms.
