Al Jazeera Media Institute has signed a cooperation agreement with Applied Science Private University in Jordan, as part of its efforts to strengthen joint work in the fields of training, media production, and media studies, and to expand opportunities for students and media professionals to benefit from the expertise of both institutions.

Regarding this agreement, Eman Al-Aamri, Director of Al Jazeera Media Institute, said: “Signing this agreement with the Applied Science Private University, an institution known for global excellence and leadership in education, scientific research and community service, represents an important step toward building a shared platform for developing Arab media competencies.” She pointed out that this agreement, which brings together the Institute’s extensive experience in training and development with the strong academic presence of Applied Science Private University, will contribute to preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in media industry and producing professional content that adheres to the highest international standards.

For his part, Dr. Haitham Abdullah Abu Khadija, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Applied Science Private University, stated that the agreement with Al Jazeera Media Institute represents a strategic step to enhance academic and media cooperation, enabling students to gain exposure to the latest professional practices in digital media and modern journalism.
He emphasized that this partnership will provide training programs, workshops, and opportunities for field and research training, preparing students for local and regional job market. It will also allow faculty members and academics to benefit from knowledge exchange and develop their professional skills. He added that such agreements enhance quality of educational process and reflect the commitment of the university to academic excellence and to preparing generations capable of creativity and innovation in media field.
