Al Jazeera Media Institute launches Public Relations Diploma

Public Relations Diploma program kicked off at Al Jazeera Media Institute last Saturday, October 25, to continue until November 27. The diploma targets professionals interested in enhancing their skills in communication and corporate relations.

This diploma is part of a series of professional diploma programs offered by the Institute, attracting trainees from various institutions and sectors.

Diploma program seeks to bring together prominent experts in fields of public relations and media. It features a distinguished group of academics and practitioners, including Dr. Bassam Al-Jazzaf, expert Ali Al-Ajmi, trainers Shehab Nouman, Sameer Al-Shamayleh, Saeed Al-Aida, Dr. Abdullah Joudat, producer Abdullah Al-Shaheemi, journalist Amjad Al-Shaltoni and presenter Izdihar Sha’sha’a, who enrich the program with their accumulated practical expertise and contribute to enhancing competencies of participants and improving content quality.

The diploma offers an integrated training package comprising a series of progressive modules, starting with corporate image building and reputation management, followed by planning public relations campaigns, communication and interaction, organizing events and conferences, protocol and etiquette and media crisis management. It then delves into advanced modules of digital communication for institutions and writing for public relations and ends with media presence skills.

The program provides participants with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and managing communication plans, promoting corporate identity and professionally handling communication crises, in addition to strengthening media presence across various platforms and channels.
