"Leadership influence" ... one of the latest courses of Al Jazeera Media Institute

In the context of Al Jazeera Media Institute's commitment to providing specialized training programs compatible with the needs of leaders in modern business environment, the Institute is going to launch on twenty-seventh of July a new course in English language titled "Leadership Influence", supervised and trained by a professional trainer in the field of leadership development.

The course targets middle level managers and ambitious leaders having experience in team management, with the aim of enhancing leadership skills through a set of interactive themes and practical exercises.

The course focuses on the fundamental differences between management and leadership, and helps participants discover their leadership identity through thinking in terms of personal strengths and effective leadership styles. It also dealing with developing necessary skills in order to move from managerial roles to influential leadership, with a focus on self-awareness based on strength and connecting personal values with occupational goals.
