AJMI - Doha
Al Jazeera Media Institute, in cooperation with Aspire Zone Foundation, celebrated graduation of the first cohort of Aspire Leaders Program 2025 during a ceremony held at Aspire Dome, attended by several senior officials, leaders, and participating staff, along with a distinguished group of guests.
The ceremony marked the culmination of program’s remarkable success since its launch, reflecting commitment of the Foundation to developing a sustainable leadership ecosystem and building capable cadres to support institutional growth paths and achieve its strategic aspirations.
Participants underwent an integrated development journey that included practical workshops, lectures by local and international experts, in addition to field leadership assignments, and advanced performance assessments, all of which contributed to refining their skills and preparing them to assume greater responsibilities in the future.
In her speech during the ceremony, MS. Iman Al Ameri, Director of Al Jazeera Media Institute, stated:, “Today, we meet at an important milestone in training and development, representing the fruit of a conscious partnership between Al Jazeera Network, represented by Aljazeera Media Institute and Aspire Zone Foundation, a partnership rooted in the belief that human development is the true foundation of any sustainable success. This occasion does not merely marking a conclusion of a training program; but it rather, embodies a firm conviction that investing in national competencies is the shortest path toward institutional excellence and future readiness, particularly in an era of rapid technological transformation and continuously evolving work tools, which makes continuous learning a professional necessity, not an option.”
She went further to emphasize that the responsibilities we all carry represent a national trust toward our beloved State of Qatar, and fulfilling them requires excellence, integrity, and constant readiness for development, achievable only through leaders who understand that self-development is the true starting point for developing teams and institutions; leaders who continuously learn, invest in their capabilities, and offer role models before directives and vision before decisions. What we witness today is a practical embodiment of these values and a starting point for a more mature professional journey capable of making a real difference. She concluded by extending her thanks to Aspire Zone Foundation and its leadership, as well as to the trainers and experts who contributed to the success of this program, expressing hope that this cooperation will mark the beginning of a renewed path of partnerships and shared achievements.
