Al Jazeera Media Institute is going to launch next April, “Management of blended work” course in English language. The course is considered as the most advanced of its kind that reflects endeavors of the Institute to keep pace with the latest technical and scientific developments that contribute to raising efficiency and quality of training.
This course targets management and leadership professionals and managers who oversee teams consist of remote and in-person members, as well as executive leaders responsible for enhancing performance and cohesion of distributed work environments.
The course is designed to provide participants with practical strategies and interactive activities that help them promote collaboration, inclusivity and productivity.
It will cover various topics, starting from developing empathy-based leadership to use of technology and problem-solving techniques.
Participants will learn how to lead and influence in an ever-changing work environment, mastering use of technology and enhancing team interaction in order to achieve seamless collaboration in blended work environments.
