Al Jazeera Media Institute is going to launch early November, “Agile Leadership” course in English language. The course is designed to equip leaders with the necessary skills to lead teams steadily amid disruptions and to enhance organizational resilience in the face of change. This comes as a result of increasing challenges that organizations face in today’s dynamic business environment and the need of leaders to adopt to flexible approaches that transform chaos into opportunities and achieve sustainability.

The course, starting in early November, will cover methods of addressing disruptions and analyzing their impact on industries and organizations. It will focus on building personal resilience through self-awareness development, stress management and applying adaptive leadership practices. It will also provide participants with practical experience on frameworks and approaches that strengthen institutions’ capacity for resilience and recovery when facing unexpected challenges.

Participants of this interactive program, delivered in English, will gain a comprehensive understanding of modern challenges and their impact on industries. They will also develop adaptation skills and calm leadership under pressure, in addition to fostering institutional resilience culture and applying practical frameworks to ensure sustainable adaptation and recovery in a changing work environment.

The course targets senior management professionals, including executives, department heads, leaders across industries, and those responsible for strategic decisions making and leaders of transformation processes within organizations.
