Jasem Al-Azawi

Bio

Jasem Al-Azawi is a media professional who joined Al Jazeera English in 2006, starting as the producer and presenter of "Inside Iraq", a weekly political program focused on current events in Iraq. Prior to joining Al Jazeera, he worked as a main news anchor at Abu Dhabi TV, which he joined in 1999. During his seven years at Abu Dhabi TV, he presented the main evening news bulletin, News Orbit, and for five years produced and hosted the highly viewed program "Muwajaha" (Confrontation) across the Arab world.
