Salah considers himself as a lifelong learner who enjoys working with groups and individuals alike, and to help them discover their full potential. He is passionate about competency enhancement and continuous professional development. With his ILM Level 5 certification, 20 years of experience, Masters’ degree and professional life spent in Canada, Qatar, USA and India he is embarked on a journey to rediscover himself, and along the way facilitate individuals to maximize their potential by being their coach. He is the Founder of Watershed Management Consulting and performs his role as Head of Training & Consulting. He has worked with several corporates to design and deliver several trainings, workshops and seminars, most of which are specifically customized to suite the competency enhancement needs of his clients. His coaching and trainings include Leadership Coaching, Project Management, Behavioral skills and business skills.
