Sameera Baba is a trainer, coach, and mentor with over 16 years of experience, impacting 12,000+ trainees. As Chief Initiatives Officer of Mubadara for Business Consultancy, she focuses on nationalization and graduate development. With 24 years in management and training, she has served as President of the ICF-Bahrain Chapter. Sameera holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management and is a Master Certified Coach. She conducts 180+ training days for over 1,800 participants each year, driving professional growth.
