Nader Al Badawi is a medical doctor and chest specialist who transitioned into the pharmaceutical sector, spending 24 years with Johnson & Johnson. His last role was Regional Training Manager for the MEA region, overseeing training across 24 countries. With extensive hands-on experience in people management, team development, and customer service, Nader believes that human capital is the foundation of business success. He has designed and delivered a wide range of soft-skills programs and is highly skilled in planning and implementing effective learning strategies that accommodate diverse learning styles. He currently works as a Senior Training Consultant and is a Certified Master Life Coach and Advanced Public Speaker from the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
