Course Description

This course gives you practical tools to plan execution and set priorities intelligently amid time pressure and changing requirements. You will learn how to build an actionable plan with measurable steps and how to focus on the highest-impact tasks. The result: less wasted time, smarter resource management, and higher productivity for you and your team.

Course Objective

- Converting goals into tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Ownership, accountability, and follow-up basics.

• Prioritization and high-impact task management:
- Understanding “urgent vs. important”.
- Prioritization tools (e.g., Eisenhower Matrix, Pareto 80/20).
- Building an impact-driven task list.
- Managing competing requests and shifting priorities.

• Reducing waste through smart time & resource management:
- Diagnosing time-wasters and workflow inefficiencies.
- Practical time management techniques (batching, focus blocks, minimizing interruptions).
- Resource management: time, energy, tools, and capacity.
- Preventing rework through clearer planning and faster decisions.

• Boosting individual and team productivity through planning practices:
- Daily/weekly planning routines that improve productivity.
- Delegation and workload distribution for teams.
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans without losing control.
- Creating a team execution rhythm (cadence).

• Short-term & long-term planning to achieve organizational goals:
- Short-term vs. long-term planning (weekly/monthly vs. quarterly/annual).
