If you are designing solutions, products, services, systems and processes, start your journey with design thinking to help you create new opportunities through:
- Put customers at the heart of the design process.
- Transform ideas, data and insights into actionable ideas.
- Transform ideas into more effective solutions in today's markets.
Course Outline:
• Inspiration:
At the Inspiration stage, solution designers learn directly from users who design solutions for them by engaging in their lives and deeply understanding their needs. I have my design challenge:
- How do I start?
- How can I conduct interviews?
- How can I stay centered around people?
• Ideation:
At the conceptual/ideation stage, solution designers form a perception of what they have learned at the inspiration stage, identify opportunities for design, and generate ideas. I have some insights on the challenge:
- How do I explain what I heard and watched?
- How can I turn my insights into concrete ideas?
- How do I generate ideas?
• Implementation:
In the implementation phase, the solution is transferred to the ground and ultimately to the markets. I have an innovative solution:
- How to make the idea of a real solution?
- How can I assess their effectiveness?
- How do I build and test the prototype?
