Course Description

“The Prince of the People is Their Servant” is a parable in which John Adair published his book “The Leadership of Muhammad,” referring to the concept of service leadership recently highlighted by Robert Greenleaf, while its roots extend in our Arab heritage. “Adir” then presents the honorable hadith “There is no prophet but shepherds sheep” to highlight the main roles and functions of the leader, which are foresight and care for the unity and harmony of the team, with attention to individuals in a personal and human way, and taking advantage of all of this to motivate employees and provide the best atmosphere to achieve the desired hopes and ambitions.
Leadership is the head of administrative functions and the basis for business success, and its shortcomings (understanding and application) is one of the most important causes of failures, as “management” alone is not enough to make the difference, if there is no capable leader with the necessary competencies, mastering the various roles and functions, accommodating the main patterns, and use each of them in the appropriate situation and circumstance.
This course will introduce you in depth to the concept of leadership, help you understand its methods and schools, inform you of modern trends in it, and arm you with the basic skills that are indispensable to any leader so that he can direct his ship towards success and prosperity, especially in light of rapid changes and states of turmoil, ambiguity, uncertainty and crises surrounding businesses and institutions.
