24 Trainees in Leadership and Media Influence Course
Training focused on enabling participants to lead teams with flexibility in changing environments, depending on modern tools and strategies for adaptation.
Participants also learned about design thinking techniques to foster innovation and solving problems creatively, in addition to applying advanced leadership theories to real-world challenges.
The program integrated concepts of sustainability and ethics into professional decision-making and ending with each trainee developing a personal leadership action plan aimed at achieving tangible transformative impact.
Trainee Basma Al-Nakdali emphasized unity of vision on, beliefs, strategies, goals, and planning among the training group. Trainee Sana Rashidat also praised the trainer’s expertise and his efforts in introducing participants to leadership thinking strategies and appropriate tools for leaders to stay connected with truth and people.
This course comes as part of Media for Development initiative’s ongoing commitment to supporting media professionals and strengthening the role of media in driving positive and sustainable change within targeted communities.
