Mrs. Iman Al Ameri, Director of Aljazeera Media Institute, met with Mr. Hussein Aman Al Ali, head of disaster and crisis camp and Director of Development and Local Development Sector at Qatar Red Crescent at the Institute's headquarters to discuss ways of cooperation and strengthening relationship between the two institutions, in the presence of leaders from both sides.

The meeting discussed the most prominent potential areas of cooperation and focused on opportunities that can benefit both institutions, in addition to discussing proposed programs and future plans.

During this meeting, both institutions affirmed their keenness to look for the best ways to build a fruitful and lasting cooperative relations that benefit both sides to achieve their common goals in areas of common interest.

Mr. Hussein Aman Al-Ali, Head of disaster and crisis camp and Director of the Volunteering and Local Development Sector at the Qatar Red Crescent Society, said, "We met with Mrs. Iman Al Ameri, Director of the Institute, and our discussions dealt with building bridges of cooperation with the Institute and to build an strategic plan between the Institute and Qatar Red Crescent, specifically disaster and crisis camp management and to draft a joint agreement, details of which will be announced later.

This cooperation comes within the framework of commitment of both parties to excellence and leadership in their field, and their common interest to exchange experience and competencies and develop communication channels between the Institute and Qatar Red Crescent.
